We began our journey in 1960 founding a small butcher’s shop in Xunqueira de Espadañedo and we have reached the present day in continuous growth, with five points of sale of our own and exploring new markets.

We work with the most reliable suppliers, who raise the calves in selected farms.
We supervise the transport to the facilities where the product is transferred to specific chambers for its conservation and/or maturation for the correct distribution and sale, guaranteeing the traceability to offer the best quality from the farm to your table.
