(hereinafter, Carnes Parente), with CIF: B67795120 and domiciled in San Xulian da Gandarela (Celanova) as well as the services and products offered by Carnes Parente on its Website.
Carnes Parente offers this Web Site subject to these Terms of Use.
By visiting the Web Site or using the services or applications of the Web Site, the user accepts these Terms of Use.
For access to the Web Site will not require registration of users.
However, in order to hire any of the services offered by Carnes Parente, user registration and acceptance of these conditions will be required before making payment.
The present Conditions of Use described below define the rights and obligations of Carnes Parente and the users within the framework of the Web Site.
These are the only Terms of Use applicable to the use of the Web Site (notwithstanding that for certain services there may be special conditions) and the contracting of orders through the Web Site.

To be able to contract an order from Carnes Parente, the user must be over 18 years old.
Carnes Parente reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products offered to Users through the Website.
In particular, Carnes Parente may at any time add new products to those offered or included on the Website, it being understood that unless otherwise provided, such new products shall be governed by the provisions of these Terms of Use.

4. Price, payment and discount codes
Once the form data has been completed, the user must proceed to the payment of the order through the means of payment specified on the Website.
After the payment has been made, the user will receive an e-mail confirming the order, which will include a summary of the items purchased, the shipping method requested and the destination address.
If at the time of payment there is an incident that prevents payment, the user will receive an automatic payment error message and the order will not be processed until the payment process is successfully completed.

The minimum purchase will be 50,00 € VAT included.

Carnes Parente may periodically offer discount codes to its users.
Such discounts may only be applied according to the instructions specified by Carnes Parente with respect to each code, and in any case users may only use a single code per order.
The use of discount codes will not be compatible with certain promotional actions and collections.
5. Information about Carnes Parente’s products and services
The data included in the Web Site in each description of products and services, photographs, graphic or iconographic representations or videos as well as trade names, trademarks or logos of any kind, are for informational purposes only.
Therefore, Carnes Parente declines any responsibility for the appearance of errors in such information, although it undertakes to take all measures at its disposal to correct as soon as possible the referred errors or omissions after having been informed of them.
6. Shipping Information
Delivery Scope: We ship to all the national territory except the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated automatically during the checkout process, based on the total weight of the selected products.
Order Processing Time: The order processing time is a minimum of 24 hours working days and can be up to 48 hours after final order confirmation.

Packaging and Conservation: All our products are shipped in refrigerated boxes to guarantee freshness and quality.
We ensure that the products maintain the cold chain until delivery.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information during purchase.
Any address errors that result in loss or damage to the product will not be the responsibility of carnesparente.com.
Package Receipt: It is important that someone is available to receive the package at the specified address.
In case of absence, additional delivery attempts will be made or instructions will be provided for pick-up at a nearby point.
Order Tracking: We will provide a tracking number so you can track your order in real time.
This way, you will be able to know the status and location of your shipment at all times.

7. Right of withdrawal
The user shall have the right to cancel the order placed for non-perishable products at a distance without giving any reason, during a period of fourteen (14) working days from the correct reception of the product.
The user may send the entire order or, if he/she prefers, he/she may send any of the products that make up the total order, without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.
The user must bear the direct cost of the return to Carnes Parente, whether you return the order completely or if you decide to return only some of the products in the order.
To formalize the return, you must contact Carnes Parente by sending an email to carnesparente@gmail.com.
Upon receipt of such communication, Carnes Parente will indicate how to send the order to its offices or warehouses.
Carnes Parente is not responsible for the courier company that the user hires for the return of the order.
The costs of returning the order (such as, for example, shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the user.
The product must be in perfect condition and with all its labels, packaging and, where appropriate, documentation and original accessories that came with it.
If not proceeded in this way by the user or if the product had suffered any damage, the user accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that Carnes Parente may refuse the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer and user.
Once Carnes Parente verifies that the order is in optimal conditions, it will proceed to return the totality of the amounts paid by the user.
If the user decides to return the order completely, the user will be refunded the full amount paid by the user.
In the case of fresh or frozen products sold through the online store carnesparente.com are not subject to the right of withdrawal by the final consumer as stated in art. 103 paragraph, of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
8. Product exchange policy
Returns for Defects or Damage: If you receive a wrong or damaged order, please contact our customer service at the time you receive the order.
Please provide details about the situation, including photographs of the affected product.
