The calves are raised in our own farms and we treat them from weaning until the end of their life cycle.
We also take care of the transport to the facilities where they will be transferred to specific chambers for their conservation and/or maturation for the correct distribution and sale.
Our team supervises each stage from beginning to end in order to offer excellent quality meat to our customers.
